Tax Update

• Stopping the input VAT refund: only apply to VAT amount arising from 01 Jul 2016 and fines for late tax payment
• Investment projects in the industrial zone is not qualify for import tax incentives before 01 September 2016
• Making payment by a form of telegraphic transfer (T/T), the discount is not deducted for tax purpose
• The Contractors must report to the Customs the quantity of import goods to construction for the Export Processing Enterprises (EPEs)
