Nexia STT would like to inform the recruitment for the position of Korean Desk Assistant working in Hanoi.

 

Job description: Korean Desk Assistant

• Supporting Korean Director in arranging meetings with clients, conference, seminar, events, ect… , preparing necessary information/documents for the meeting;
• Interpreting for Directors/Managers in all meetings and business trips with Korean clients;
• Translating documents, letters, reports, newsletter and proposal from Korean to Vietnamese and/or English and vice versa;
• Supporting other departments in communicating with client in Korean;
• Support in the development of new customer business relationship;
• Assisting Director in following up with current and potential Korean clients;

Job location: in Hanoi and other provinces if requested.

Required skills/experiences: Candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:

• University or higher level graduates in Korean language;
• Fresh graduate (working experience with Korean company will be advantage);
• Strong English language capabilities would be advantage;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Deadline-oriented, hard working, responsible and willing to learn;
• Can work under high pressure, adaptable, flexible; mature attitude and highly committed.
