Nexia STT would like to inform the recruitment for the position of Business Development Assistant working in Hanoi.

Job description: Business Development Assistant

• Supporting the Business Development Department in preparing related documents such as: service contracts, firm profile, bidding documentation, service quotations, letters, etc… in accordance to the Firm’s standards.

• Arranging meetings with clients, conference, seminar, events, etc…, preparing necessary information/documents for the meeting;

• Translating documents, letters, reports, newsletter and proposal from English to Vietnamese and vice versa;

• Supporting Director/Manager in communicating with clients and developing new customer business relationship;

• Assisting Director/Manager in following up with current and potential clients;

• Being in-charge of other related admin tasks as required.

Job location: Hanoi

Salary: VND5,000,000 - VND7,000,000 upon qualification and experience.

Type of position: Full-time permanent

Required skills/experiences: Candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:

• University in English language;

• Fresh graduate can be accepted;

• Having 1 year of working experience with international company will be advantage;

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese;

• Good computer skills;

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Deadline-oriented, hardworking, responsibleand willing to learn;

• Team working spirit;

• Can work under high pressure, adaptable, flexible; mature attitude and highly committed.
