Phi is a fellow member of ACCA (UK), also holds CPA Australia, and a CPA VN - the official member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA).

Phi is a member of the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association (VTCA). He also holds MBA degree from International American University (USA). Phi has more than 27 years experience of practicing and advising investment, tax, corporate finance, personal finance, accounting, insurance, M&A, business valuation, transfer pricing, Double Taxation Agreements between Vietnam and other countries, and extensive knowledge of the Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has 9 years experience of working for three of the Big 4 (top four biggest audit firms in the world).

Phi leads a multi-discipline team of tax consulting, tax and financial due diligence, accounting, audit and assurance, and corporate restructuring, risk advisory. Phi has been serving a wide range of clients including multinational corporations, foreign-invested enterprises, foreign funds, banks, large local companies and SMEs.

Phi used to be a lecturer of the Taxation Paper of ACCA (UK) in Vietnam, an official advisor to International Enterprise Singapore, Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry. He is also a frequent speaker of taxation, investment, corporate finance courses, workshops, and seminars.
