Tax Update

• To declare related-party transaction by using new form if enterprise finalizes tax after 01 May 2017
• To abolish the guidelines on submission of Form No. 06/GTGT to register for applying the credit-invoice method to VAT accounting
• Conditions for paying tax debts in instalments
• Foreign loan to fund a commercial residence real estate project is not allowed
