  • Manoj, Malaysian nationality, is a partner, M&A services of Nexia STT.

  • Manoj is a fellow member of CPA Australia. Manoj also holds a MBA degree from Australia and CISI from the United Kingdom.

  • Manoj has over 26 years in finance and investment advisory sectors.

  • He has held positions as CFO & Finance Director for both private and publicly listed companies in a diversified range of business fields such as breweries, oil field services, building materials, manufacturing, aircraft repair and maintenance services, environmental services, steel fabrication and high-end retailing. He recently acted as consultant CFO for a leading seafood packaging company listed on the Vietnamese stock exchange. Prior to this, he worked as an auditor at one of the world’s largest accounting and audit firms.

  • Over the past decade, he has also advised and provided consultancy services to public and private companies and entrepreneurs in respect of fund raising, corporate structuring & restructuring and the setting up of accounting systems.

  • Manoj is the Director of the CISI (Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment) program at GBCC Company Limited in Vietnam. For the past 7 years he has lectured in Finance & Accounting at undergraduate and MBA level at various Vietnamese universities and also as visiting lecturer at universities with external MBA programs from Switzerland, UK, Taiwan and the Philippines.

  • Manoj has a passion for teaching and training and has used that practical experience in education to get more actively involved in a range of educational development projects. He graduated from leading universities in Australia with an honors degrees in accounting/economics and with distinction in his MBA degree program. He is proficient in six languages including English and Vietnamese.
